The room initially assigned is very small even for one person, but the facility allowed me to switch to a larger room after a few days of stay.

Staffs can speak English and are kind. The cost of stay is very affordable. Good value for money!

I paid for the luxury room and realised that the fly-over is 15m from the windows, which is, of course, not sound-proof.

It is a rather dingy feeling building and the first room we were given was supposedly city view but it was a view of noisy road & a tiny room. The next room was larger with no view which we decided on the whole was better.

It was not what we were expecting but for the price I must say the room was clean, everything worked ((except the TV!) and the bed was gloriously comgortable so It all ended up ok

+ The smell from the nearby river + Poor ventilation, the room gets quite stuffy if you don't open the window, but if you open the window, the stinky smell gets inside + Shower towels are cleaned with strong detergent/bleach -> irritated my skin + Sound proof doesn't work well, I could hear people make out in the other rooms

+ Nice location, easy to spot + Include almost everything needed for a short stay, in case you need anything, you can ask at the front desk + Eateries, shops are within walking distance

Stayed here overnight before our flight out of Hanoi. Perfect spot to do this. Quite far from the old quarter but nice and clean and comfortable rooms! Would definitely come back.

The room had the cigarette stench. I had to wear a mask when I slept. I wish the hotel ban their guests from smoking indoors. Don't they know that they are causing 2nd and 3rd hand smoking?

If you don’t look closely, it’s basically clean, but there’s dust on the shelves, there’s also dust and foreign hair on the floor in the corners. A little noisy from the street if the room windows face the street opposite the bridge. The telephone to contact the reception does not work, there is no microwave oven, drinking water too - only 2 bottles of water are free. and again small beetles or bedbugs appear next to the bed on the second day.

The price-quality ratio is almost ideal. full set of toiletries free of charge. The TV works, the air conditioning is weak but works, the window can be opened to ventilate, but it can be noisy and smell of gasoline from the road opposite. The staff tries to help with guest requests and helped me.

The location of the property, if I had business in the region I might have felt differently, but I was heading out to the Old Quarter. The traffic made it impossible to get in and out of the property. I made the mistake of turning on the TV. Literally nothing worked on the channels
