Great location on the beach and only 10 taxi ride into Hoi An

a magical place to which I returned with pleasure for the second time and I think it will not be the last. In my opinion this is the best hotel in Hoi An it has outstanding advantages in that it is located on a large area in separate low buildings like small houses like bungalows with a wonderful garden a lot of greenery a huge pool with crystal clear water that is constantly maintained comfortable sunbeds bar which is in close proximity and service around the pool. Indeed, this hotel is a pearl among places for real relaxation with its silence, coziness, smiling staff who are ready to meet every need, exceptional cleanliness both in the common areas and in the maintenance of the premises. The restaurant offers an extremely rich breakfast with a full assortment of Asian food, but also everything necessary for Europeans, as well as an American breakfast - including the preparation for anyone who wants an omelette, sausages, eggs, a huge selection of sweet things for those who love them, of course fruits and wonderful coffee that is characteristic of Vietnam but is prepared with so much love that it has an exceptional aroma and in the morning on the wooden terrace of the restaurant it is an extreme pleasure to sit with a cup of aromatic coffee after a delicious breakfast. the hotel also offers a transfer which is very reasonably priced with a nice and clean Mercedes extremely nice welcome at the airport directly to the hotel and when I was leaving I used the service again and I am very satisfied. the hotel is on a beautiful seashore from which you can see the beautiful blue sea, the fine light yellow sand and immediately after it is the huge green area where the swimming pool is located. There are also tennis courts and plenty of peace and quiet.

There was a wedding during our stay and we could Not use the Restaurant at that evening. I would expext to be informed about Events that Happen during my stay when they impact the Sound and the usage of the facilties that much.

Ambience and people

Feels like a boutique hotel with all the facilities of a larger one. Has charm and is a reasonable size but plenty of space, loungers, seats at breakfast or beach bar. Bungalow with pool view was very comfortable and great size. We would go back.

There is nothing really to dislike about this wonderful resort. It would be lovely to see more being made of the beachfront restaurant and the menu in the evening but it is still a fabulous spot.

Beach front setting is second to none. The lifeguard was fantastic in his organisation of beds and towels and needs to be recognised for his efforts.the food is good and the service efficient.

It is a bit far from the centre but that made it more relaxing. Just a taxi away from it. They have free bus to the centre too.,2 a day

Beautiful place rooms are big and super clean. Staff bends backwards and forwards to make your stay great. The ground are so beautiful... the pool is so good and the beach is just the for you.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Palm Garden Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. This resort is so beautiful. The food was incredible, the rooms were pristine clean, and the grounds were extremely well maintained. I have been travelling for quite a few years now and this accommodation was by far one of my favourites! The staff are all beautiful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided has everything you can think of and more, 10/10!! I was sad to leave! I will definitely be back in the future.

The choice of food a la carte was limited and some if the dishes bland and underspiced.

Beautiful hotel, large comfortable room, very clean. Beach setting is great, lots of loungers. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of Western and Asian choices. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful.

The location is great for trips into hoi an and the transfer isnt to far from da nang. Great options available for breakfast, the room was amazing.

The place was well kept and very clean and tidy. Nice location. Away from the town so quiet but easy to get on to town if you wanted. Great to be by the beach. Staff were very friendly

Nothing, 10/10 💚❤️

My family has 2 babies. I've been to Palm Garden 3 times and every time I come back I'm surprised by the improvement in service and facilities here. Clean rooms, green trees, cheerful and friendly staff. Even though I only stayed for 1 night, the HK came to clean the room while I went out for dinner, which surprised me. Mr. Thi, who has been working for 16 years in the resort, chatted and picked a fresh coconut for my two babies. I did not request any of the above services but the resort proactively did it themselves. My family has been to many 5-star resorts and feels that the service here is better than many international 5-star resorts. Coming to Hoi An, it is difficult to find a better choice.

There was a waterline of green algae around the pool however the pool was always clean so I imagine this was probably a result if the resort was closed during Covid.

Location and layout of the hotel is great. Beautiful lawn and gardens maintained daily. The range, amount and quality of the breakfast was exceptional. Despite the rooms being cleaned every morning, they would come to the room each afternoon to see if we wanted our towels replaced and also deliver some biscuits.

The pool was very warm; almost bath like.

The grounds are exceptional. The centre of attraction is the hotel pool. It is large and there's plenty of room to cater for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Hoi An twice per day. The proximity to a very nice beach. The staff are outstanding. Breakfast caters for all desires. I will enquire about the beachfront villas next time.. they looked beautiful!

Only very tiny issues - poolside drink ordering system is a bit slow, and free shuttle into town is infrequent (ride only costs a couple dollars).

It was exactly what we imagined and more. Beautiful decor. Nice f&b facilities. The breakfast buffet was great! Our room was so spacious with a lovely bathtub. The classic beach resort. All the staff were absolutely fantastic. Especially Thien -f&b attendant who was working so hard all the time and always smiling.

We had the 2 bedroom Villa with Partial Ocean View and wished I had a better view to take in the Ocean breeze.

I have stayed a few times in Hoi An and this was the best vacation and perfect location to be on the beach. We had a wonderful time. Coconut Man is amazing and went out of his way to make our trip memorable. I definitely recommend it. Also, thank you to the chef for the Grilled Whole fish that we requested 2 days in a row which is normally not on the menu. This is what service is about.

Great location, absolute beach front. Stunning villa with private pool and private beach. Very spacious ( literally huge! - bathroom is bigger than a living area! with fabulous bath). We were in villa 420. Very clean, attractively decorated with character. Restaurants are great, with a fabulous choice of cuisine. Above all, staff were very friendly and helpful making sure even minor needs were met immediately. Kids got extra attention from all the wonderful staff and they made sure kids enjoyed their stay. Family with children - I wiuld highly recommend this resort. My 'picky eaters' were very well catered for. Mr Thi ( calls himself the coconut man) is someone I must mention... Wonderful guy, made an extra effort to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. I noticed him doing the same for many other families in the resort. Was quite an experience for my family, especially the kids. Clearly, would rate 10/10 for families with children.

Minor issues but they are the only reason it didn't get a 10. Booked 3 rooms and asked for them to be together. They were in the same block of rooms but 2 were upstairs & the other was downstairs at the other end of that block. We ordered room service one night and it did take a while to arrive and wasn't at the same quality as we had had when we ate in the restaurants.
