We were sad we couldn't stay longer, recommend a minimum stay of three nights

The accomondation was simply perfect. Great location with great nature surrounding it, the rooms were very clean and extra comfortable, we enjoyed the food, cocktails & pool. But above all, the staff was exceptional. They helped us to organise everything we hoped to get (local driver, tours with a local guide, etc & they were super) and were very welcoming and friendly.

Although the main windows had blackout curtains, two other windows were left completely uncovered, which nullified the effect of the blackout curtains. We had to cover them as best as we could with towels, like in a budget hotel. It's baffling for a hotel of this standard.

The place is really beautiful, nestled in a lush garden that gives it a calm, tropical vibe. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, with a good balance between style and comfort. It feels relaxing from the moment you arrive.

Had a really lovely stay at Eco Garden. The hotel exterior is so lush green and just beautiful. It's also very well maintained. I love the view from the balcony and how you can see sunrise from your bed! Best thing about the place is the staff. Định the Receptionist is incredible. He's super supportive, kind, and honest. All the other staff is also kind and respectful. I appreciate how the hotel recruit many local Thai young people. It's a great thing to support the local communities.

We absolutely loved it here. Such a beautiful place, the rooms (including bathroom and patio) are wonderful and comfortable and the pool and pool area is beautiful with a great view of the area. Location was great, we were able to step right onto the rice paddies. It was also very quiet and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and helpful! And the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were all wonderful, we particularly liked the papaya salad and the fresh fruit smoothies. They were also able to help us out with one of us having celiac disease. Thanks to the wonderful team

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. Going to Pu Luong requires a bit more effort and a longer journey (on some bumpy roads) than other places, but it is totally worth it! The Eco Garden is a great place to be at one with nature. Take the opportunity to visit rice paddies, a bat cave and local village communities with a guide too. Would highly recommend going before it becomes the next Sapa!

Great hotel, the gardens / setting are incredible. The pool is amazing and the view is spectacular (until the clouds come - then you can’t see much!). Food for dinner was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was good, but we’ve had better buffet selections in other hotels. Room was spacious & bathroom was great too. Lots of steps to reach the rooms (can’t be avoided in the mountains), but just to note it isn’t very accessible. Staff were all very friendly, helpful & accommodating.

The lady on reception called Phuong was amazing. She and her colleagues tended to my every need. They really worked together as a team at this resort and it’s clear they value their customers. it was a very personable experience and Phuong even took me on a walk to show me some local farmers and tell me about traditions. I also got early check in and late check out which I appreciated. Very memorable..thank you

My room was huge but felt a bit austere as it lacked decoration, and I wish they had arranged the desk closer to a window in a way that one actually can enjoy the view. A luggage rack also would be a great addition. Breakfast was good but could be expanded, especially with healthy options such as cereal/oat flakes and nuts for muesli, yogurt (especially sugar-free low-fat one), and some wholegrain bread. While on some days you may have the whole pool for yourself, the number of lounge chairs can be insufficient if there is a larger group in the hotel having a lazy day at the pool (although the pool itself is large enough).

Amongst the three resorts I've visited in Pu Luong, Pu Luong Eco Garden was the by far most professionally managed. Staff showed so much genuine care, and the place is a dream thanks to its huge and opulent garden nestled on the mountain slope. My villa provided a lot of privacy and boasted a huge marble bathroom with XXL walk-in shower and very tasteful furnishings. The pool is gorgeous and thanks to its considerable depth and length great for swimming; there is also a huge and beautiful terrace with seating and a great view further up. I really liked the food at the restaurant offered for lunch and dinner (with great views from the terrace), and the espresso based coffee is excellent, they clearly take pride in selecting high quality beans (available also for breakfast but charged separately). I also had a full body massage that was professional, quite relaxing (oil based) and incredible value for money. The location offers great views and the bat cave, a local attraction, is a pleasant one hour walk through dramatic landscapes (use a hiking app such as Komoot as Google Maps will send you on a 30 minute detour along a major road not quite as nice for walking).

Restaurant may use a little more variety. We didn’t really understand what drinks were available, although this may have been due to communication, also slightly more pricey than other places around.

We had a wondfull time at Pu Luong Eco Garden. Phuong at the reception helped us with everything and was really supportive and wonderful. She gave us excellent recommendations for hiking and organized transport for us in many ways. Even an unexpected pickup from the waterfalls we asked for, was managed by here. I took my partner on vacation after a tiring period and had moments of comfortable relaxation at Eco Puluong - a wonderful resort with the scenery and people here. staffs are friendly and enthusiastic.
