While the breakfast buffet selection was somewhat limited for a five-star hotel, the food was still delicious. Guests could opt for pho or create their own Bánh mì sandwiches.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. There were various equipment in the gym, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The rooftop bar, complete with live performances, offered an unforgettable night. Although the food was somewhat pricey, the ambiance, accompanied by light breezes and music, made it well worth the cost. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with smoothly functioning AC and toilets. Situated within walking distance of numerous attractions, the location was ideal. I will definitely stay here if I get a chance to visit HCMC again.

However, they did allow me to use the swimming and health club facilities to freshen up before the flight.
Excellent location in the centre, and close to all the main shopping, and the main walking street area is just in front of the hotel. Excellent service from well trained staff. Very courteous and friendly, and always waiting to assist.

Great colonial atmosphere. The stepped courtyard, breakfast on the roof and the pool and it's bar all add to the flair. Perfect location.

Breakfast was amazing! Location perfect - walking distance to all the main touristy sights. Room was good. very comfortable beds and pillows. Window looked onto a balcony but not to the street. It was quiet because it was not right on the street. Very helpful giving directions to different attractions.

We have stayed at the Rex previously and this time around found it as good, if not better, than our previous visits. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful and give you a warm feeling the moment you arrive. Rooms are spacious, pristine clean and we found the king bed extremely inviting for the weary traveller. Breakfast was included and catered for all needs via excellent buffet options as well in house chef availability. The roof top bar is one of the best, if not the best, in all of Ho Chi Min City giving you excellent food and beverage choices as well as some amazing views of the kaos in the streets below. This hotel is real value for money and is located smack bang in the middle of Ho Chi Min City.
