Had a hillside villa (16) absolutely lovely with its own pool, biggest most comfortable bed we’ve ever seen, great air conditioning & best of all very private. Staff are outstanding & very attentive. Wifi is everywhere and very good, no need to keep signing in. All your needs are met via a WhatsApp group to reception, the response is instant, just perfect to arrange a buggy to the restaurant or larger pool. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh choices including cheese, honey, Asian & European. Evening meal also very good. Outside the hotel is an ATM & a couple of excellent seafood restaurants. We had five wonderful nights and really miss it already.

Wow! The accommodation is just stunning! The villa pool and view were perfect. Loved the bikes The staff were all so lovely, huge thank you to Tran Tan in the restaurant he made our dinner times so fun and happy. He really is an asset to your hotel. We look forward to returning.

We loved everything!

Absolutely stunning views, great having the bicycles to get around, amazing food, friendly staff. We stayed in an overwater villa with a pool and it was fantastic. I told them it was my husband's birthday while we were there and they gave us a cake and some candles to celebrate. Took the shuttle into Hue for the day, which all went very smoothly. Overall amazing experience and would definitely book again

The resort was spacious luxurious and great value for money. We had a 2 bedroom modern pool villa over the water and it was exceptional. Best room we had in Vietnam - and we stayed in some nice places! And excellent cocktails service and food to boot. We wish we had stayed there a couple of days longer. Perfect for a 2-3 day break.

Our over-the-water villa was beautiful. We also did the cooking class and enjoyed it immensely. From buying the food at the market to preparing it, cooking it and then eating it was fantastic.

The staff were really helpful and friendly especially Loan, Thao and Nhi and the Chef Hiep was fantastic.

Everything. The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. The facilities are incredible. Loan helped us so much when we checked in and we got a free upgrade so our two rooms coupd be closer together. The bird sanctuary and the two staff running it were outstanding. We loved every second here. This was my third visit and the best yet.

Out room was HUGE!

We’ve stayed here 2 other times and always got the room out on the water. This time we changed it up and got the mountain room, we were very impressed.

Pretty normal, but the televisions in Vietnam aren’t great. We were advised by our friends to bring our own food, which was the best choice. The quality of the food at the restaurant is really poor.

We asked for a room at the top of the hill and they gave it to us. Loved the privacy. The infinity pool was amazing and I loved the big bed and bath.

The bread buns with dinner were a little stale and cold on the first night. On the second night they had been heated and the difference was 180 degrees. So nice heated with butter.

The bicycle paths were extremely flat so even the worst cyclist would have no problems cycling around the resort. The Spa gave excellent massages. We enjoyed the food at the breakfast restaurant which offered a good selection of buffet foods. The Dinner restaurant had great food choices, which mostly tasted good. Excellent service by all staff and all of the vehicles that will pick you up at your unit and transport you around. Very useful when it rained. The individual swimming pools with the floating villas made for a most enjoyable experience. Waking up and looking out over your pool, into the lake with the hills behind was an exceptional experience.

Nothing really it was great. But if I had say something it would be some of the bikes need updating. Some more bike options for taller people. I would set up a bike and raise the seat but if I rode to breakfast or the spa etc my bike would be taken and so every time I went somewhere I had raise the seat . But again not major .

The location and their attention to details. I loved the whatsapp idea, it made communication so easy. Loved the bikes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
