Amazing facilities: the rooms were well equipped, extremely clean, rooftop pool amazing. Towels supplied for the bathroom and extra for the pool along with robes and sliders. Great location: we did not go to the beach side of Da Nang as we used this accommodation as a base for day trips. Perfect, can't fault it!

Construction at night from opposite road

Everything about the property from design, fittings, bed quality, having a balcony and lovely and helpful staff! Nice hot shower, with carpark space, local coffee shop down the road etc highly recommended

The rooms are super nice, comfortable, new and spacious. However the best part is all the super friendly staff. The reception is honestly so incredibly friendly and welcoming, it makes walking in every day a pleasure.

The room was on the side that is located next to a creche so it was quite noisy between 8am to 10am. Blockout backing on the existing curtains would stop the bright sunlight that enters the rooms on that side from around 6am.

Excellent location if the city area of Danang is preferred over the beach area. The studio apartment was just as depicted in the photos and had all the facilities you would need. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby. Engaging and helpful reception staff. The pool on the 9th floor was amazing with plenty of sun or shade options.

Unable pay by card for the additional services, like laundry. Forcing to cache isnt really acceptable in these days.

Wondefull cheap hotel. Even with small rooftop pool, which is accessible whole night.

Danang stay was the star of the trip with Vernal building has got it all done superbly specially Thu the main receptionist, she is fabulous n always a helping hand. Other staff too are superbly welcome n good too, the best part is it's a completely new building from furniture to everything, care n concern for their guest is their priorities n it reflects in their services n behaviour too.... thank you for having us & making our stay wonderful...I wud love to visit again...

No restaurant, but that's okay, there are a million all around. Location is not far from the river, easy to walk, or using Grab to get anywhere was so easy and cheap.

The rooms are brand new. Had a great vibe. Had kitchen sink, full fridge. Pulled chairs out to the balcony to have drinks. Got water and coffee each day. I would stay again. Thu at the front desk was so nice.

Every is perfect, new buildning, everything is new and fresch, perfect location, near ro everything, lots of shops, restaurant, and supermarket around the hotel, 5 minute walking to the riverside, personal are very helpful and nice

My room has lots of ants around the pantry area. Shower area drainage not good and water was clogged up. The whole building can do better if it's fully air conditioned especially at the lifts.

The room layout is nice, cosy and very spacious. Reception staff, Van is helpful and courteous. Very quiet location.

The place itself is great. It is good, new, well located (if you don’t mind staying far away from the beach), clean and the staff is super nice but it is SUPER NOISY. I guess at the moment not all rooms are ready, so you can expect to to hear construction noise the whole day starting from 8.30 am. I booked the place for two weeks hoping to get some work done there in between my travels but it is very hard to focus while here. Also there was a construction on the pool area making it not usable. The neighbourhood is also noisy, in the morning the school next to it plays loud music and at night I think it comes a bar close by.
