You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately, hadn't noticed it until reaching the border causing two-hour additional driving. Moreover, house-keeping was missed several times. Breakfast is very limited in options and low in quality.

JordanThe breakfast was very limited. Also, even though I was told that the kitchen offers lunch and dinner, this is not the case: my colleague and I could not have lunch or dinner during our stay. Be careful, in the room, the bathroom door is of glass, it swings all the way through, and there is no door stopper. I bumped the door against the outside wall plinth, and it cracked, so I had to reimburse the hotel!
The hotel is located in a relatively new area of Pristina, which explains why the hotel is new. It is a relatively small hotel. The room was big, modern and nicely decorated. Likewise, the bathroom was big and nicely designed. Also, there was a balcony, which was nice as the weather was pleasant. Staff were friendly. There is a big supermarket in the street where the hotel is located (and there is a bigger one a few minutes away). Also, there are restaurants around the hotel, within walking distance.

RomaniaMost of the systems did not work. The had a digital panel in each room to control things like lighting, do not disturb button or clean my room buttons. None of these worked and during our last night we could not turn off the lights, so we had to take the card out, which in turn turned off the climate control... Another thing is that nobody came to clean the room during one of the nights.
It is a new hotel, so everything looked nice.
