The furniture was fine but not the most comfortable—for example, the sofas in the living room were visibly worn and had cigarette burns from previous guests. In our case, the Wi-Fi stopped working from the second day, and even after we reported it, it wasn’t fixed. It did happen over the weekend, which might explain the delay, but it was still inconvenient.

The apartment was spacious and clean upon our arrival. There was a private, secure parking space with a badge system. The staff were very helpful and always available, even outside opening hours, with an emergency number provided in case of any issues. Although it wasn’t in the center of Pristina, it was well located as the street was lively.

The sofas were a bit uncomfortable and it wasn’t very clean, or at least not thoroughly. The glasses and mugs were dirty and the cupboard was sticky. There was some trash leftover in the cabinets, some empty bottles and snack packaging.

There was some problem with the heating,which could not be fixed and the balcony was not easily accessible as the couch was there blocking the way out and that s why im rating 8/10.

The sink in the bathroom had a leak, which I wasn't informed about. But this didn't really bother my stay and they kindly received the feedback when I informed them about it.

The apartment was super spacious, well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.

The apartment was clean and cosy with plenty of facilities inside. It was quiet and had a nice balcony. The staff, especially Gressa, were very helpful in giving us advice and guidance of what to do in and around Pristina. I would highly recommend. Great value for money!

Only issue I had was that you couldn't see that much from the balcony and it was a little far from the city center, although in the grand scheme of things it didn't really matter much.

The room feels so brand new, very capacious. Had all the facilities you need. Kitchen, hair dryer, big shower, oven etc. Really lovely interior and a nice balcony for fresh air
