We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

What a find. We absolutely loved our stay here. This small boutique hotel is simply stunning. The views are incredible, the staff are the best and nothing was too much trouble got them. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Wine and canapés in the evening whilst enjoying the view are such a nice touch. I could rave on forever. Can’t wait to stay again when the weather is warmer and enjoy the two infinity pools.

The boutique hotel was absolutely perfect, position, quality and the staff were so attentive to our every need. Sven was excellent and always there to help us with local tips and suggestions. When we needed suggestions for local restaurants Rebecca (Becky) was always spot on with her recommendations she seemed to know exactly what my wife would like.....shopping tips. I really can't praise the hotel and it's team enough it was perfect in every respect, we can't wait to go back as soon as we can arrange it.

We loved everything about our stay at this boutique hotel. The views are exceptional as was the service and attentiveness of all the staff. We stayed for 4 wonderful days. Each day we were welcomed with a fabulous breakfast served with a smile by the wonderful staff. Evenings we admired the sunset views from the terrace of the suite with complimentary wine and snacks provided by our hosts. We were blown away with the views, service and high standards of this beautiful hotel. They provided a surpise of Sparkling Wine, chocolates and gifts a fantastic way to start our friends birthday celebrations. We were lucky to have secured bookings at some of Cape Towns most highly regarded restaurants, so we only managed a light snack one evening, however the quality was superb! Location for us was 10/10 if you want 5* Views and Service this is the place to be. Thank you to all of the team .

United KingdomOnly disappointing issue was to be notified 3 days before leaving Uk that there had apparently been a mix up over our booking with the hotel interface and Booking.com - which meant that they could not accommodate us for the whole of our stay and that we would have to curtail our stay at the hotel from 5 to 3 nights . Initially handled well by owner Greg who managed to find us alternative accommodation at South Beach Hotel in Camps Bay - which we can also highly recommend. Greg also arranged a free transfer from the airport and a bottle of bubbly on arrival which were very much appreciated. Nevertheless I would have thought that Greg would have made the effort to have spoken directly with us on arrival or indeed at any point during our stay - this was very disappointing considering the inconvenience we experienced and effectively the loss of a day through having to move hotels half way through our stay in Cape Town
Superb setting with stunning views - well appointed rooms and lovely staff - particularly Sven on front desk and bar and his colleague Clinton - they were a credit to the hotel - the rest of the staff were all lovely - the two hour complimentary bar from 19.00 was well supported and meant we got to know the other guests over a nice glass of wine or two - very convivial
