You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe room smelt of wet carpet/damp - which really impacted my wife's respiration. The mat was dirty. The bedding didn't smell fresh; the towels smelled really musty. Also, though the hosts tried, it still felt like we were invading someone's home. So the stay overall was just too uncomfortable.
The location was amazing, loved the garden. The breakfast spread was good.

South AfricaThe owners were rather rude to my partner for using their microwave to warm up our food, when there is no microwave in the room. This is in spite of them not serving lunch or dinner, and they were never at reception for us to ask questions/permission to do this. My partner's brother and his wife passed by on day 2 to see us briefly (we had asked for permission) and then again the rudeness came up as they had the nerve to ask him about his religion and checking what drinks he had in his hand. This is unacceptable and very invasive.

The owner is to bad I even told me that it's very property when I asked him about braai area he told me I must go and look for braai area outside his house. As a client I felt humiliated after I paid so much money I will not recommend to any Black person that place.
