Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Epping is not the best neighborhood
We had an early morning flight and needed a Hotel close to the Airport. This is 5km / 10min away. We where in the Casino at night whis is better and nicer than the Airport hotel only. We come again.

Would have been great if shampoo and conditioner was available in the bathroom . Couple should have been given a queen bed instead of twin beds.
All was good .Excellent location. The free coffee and donuts every morning was truly awesome. Great gesture for a quick morning coffee .

Nothing much, the water flow from shower is a bit peculiar.. but ok. Telephone in the rooms would help but the instructions on the card, are ok! But for senior travellers.. not!
Tiffany was very hospitable. The meet and greet was neutral, but the whole of reception area and F&B dep is warm, big shout out to the restaurant team for assisting with all requests! Hk is warm, I love the ladies Spirit of greetings. Pool was our fav.

No fridge in the room, like all hotels in South Africa we stay at, there is no iron or ironing board in the room, low tea and milk in the room. Prices in SA for accommodation are close to Australian pricing, value for money is a lot less than a reasonable motel.

Only cold water in shower, tried running shower tap for at least 6 or 7 minutes with tap on each side, only cold water, one side almost no water came out

there was nothing to dislike,perhaps just suggestion that when ordering from restaurant, if possible,they could deliver the take away to your room
The check-in process was quick, and the receptionist was friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. There's a restaurant and bar on-site, so you won't have to worry about going hungry or being thirsty. Our room was nice and clean, and we had a lovely view of the pool

We had a few drinks at the bar one night and then the show finished in the arena and even though we were sitting at the bar for a couple of hours, we were totally ignored when the show goers came into the bar area, Due to lack of staff. Also we often come for concerts and now you can not book in advance for concert nights on booking.com, which is unacceptable.
It is so convenient for Grand West Arena which was our main reason for staying. It is also a good base. Its great to have the bar and restaurant on site, The staff are helpful as a whole however, get a bit lax when they are busy after a concert or show so more staff would be useful to help with service especially at the bar.

Not much worth mentioning. Good value for money and I will be returning at every opportunity.
Breakfast was superb, got my Halal omelet and fruit was very good. Range of items is excellent and caters for any taste. Location is great because you can entertain friends at the restaurants in the casino or just have a meal on your own by crossing the driveway.
