The resort is outdated and needs a revamp. The carpets and especially old and the rooms need a redo.

Some entertainment in the evening beyond 7.30pm would be an improvement. Enjoyed Grotto Bar but empty by 8pm. More seating needed in bar. Could do with updating in and around rooms.

small but need more sports equipment e.g. we pre booked golf but could not play as the only set of clubs was with another family who had walked off with them and would not give them back and were very rude to the staff.If there was more equipment this would not have been a problem

The hotel is dated and is in serious need of an upgrade. It's a long walk from reception to the rooms especially at the far end to walk with our luggage especially navigating stairs. There are no lifts. The plugs in the room are not easily accessible either. The food was average.

I would say its only suitable for people with kids- especially the past weekend which included fathers day. Definitely not for singles, or couples without children. Kids were running around in corridors at 7 in the morning and during the day can get quite rowdy as a result. Not a place to relax and unwind ideally. Events and program was to entertain families. No entertainment for a wider guestlist. Food especially dinner did not have a variety like breakfast and food was quite hot with curry without actual alternatives except veg option.

Tv channels 😭😭👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾if you can add more channels especially for kids because there was nothing to watch. It really disappointing we couldn't even watch the comrade marathon.

The issue about my prior arrangements to chance dinner to lunch due to a function we were attending dinner time, nearly pointed my stay. However, with Cindy's intervention with proof that this was approved saves that day.

I only eat fruits for breakfast, especially fruit salad and a cup of coffee. Your fruit salad could have been done much better by adding a different types of fruits that you have. However, the waiters did their best to make this better.

1st room we had was terrible. Damp and dank. My Husband's sinuses were very affected. 2nd room was ok, but I've just had 2 spine operations and had to constantly bend to get stuff out of my suitcase. No luggage rack. Just one bedside table? Very cramped. Room 316. The toilet pan needs to be redone. Pan is at an angle. When U sit on it You feel like you're going to fall. Pan tilts to the left when sitting. Overall, the room is outdated, and the carpet is not hygienic. We didn't want to complain because then we would obviously have to move again.
