There were no plugs for the coffee bar. Had to move things around to access plugs and charging phones Bad carpet smell in the room invoking sinuses.
The room was clean 👌. The stall treated us with utmost respect and kindness.

The maintenance of the rooms needs attention. Aircons are a problem. Some hairdryers are not working, showerheads let's water out everywhere, sky lights are hanging out. The bar is outrageous. R75 for 2 small cans of Fanta

The room kettle needed cleaning. The bathroom door handle was broken, so it could not close. The check-out time was earlier than usual for hotels. The parking was a bit too cramped for many vehicles. The location felt slightly unsafe.

There is only one plug point in the rooms, and no two-prong plug point for re-charging cellphones, etc. This made it difficult to plug in devices like lap-tops, cellphones, hearing aids, etc.

I wanted a room on ground floor with no stairs and I needed a walk in shower, stepping into a bath to shower was difficult.

There was not enough light in one of the rooms we booked. Also the bathroom lights in both rooms need attention. There was no electricity on our last evening till our check out the next morning. The entire building was without lights. No one even tried to reach out to us to explain what was going on, till we called reception to enquire the next morning after sleeping in the dark.

The Aircon, which was so loud, but didn't really work....and the fact that two managers came to tell me I'm behind time with checking out, which I had already knew, but I just didn't like the bad vibe, they gave me, it made me feel unwanted and no longer needed.

I was disappointed to find that my room was located in a separate building from the main hotel that was not mentioned about the hotel. This meant I had to walk to the main hotel for check in, check out and using the restaurant and then walk outside to access my room, which was inconvenient, especially on a rainy day. I also felt that the hotel's layout was not ideal, with deluxe and executive rooms located in the main building, while other rooms, like mine, were relegated to a separate building. This made me feel like I was being segregated from the rest of the hotel. While the receptionist was somewhat friendly, I felt that she could have been more welcoming and helpful.
The hotel's location was ideal, within close proximity to my training venue. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay.

Noise levels very high from guests and the hotel staff don’t bother themselves like it’s a norm . Equipment such as TV’s and Air-con are very old. Couch in the room was old as well.
