South AfricaThe room kettle needed cleaning. The bathroom door handle was broken, so it could not close. The check-out time was earlier than usual for hotels. The parking was a bit too cramped for many vehicles. The location felt slightly unsafe.

There was no electricity on our last evening till our check out the next morning. The entire building was without lights. No one even tried to reach out to us to explain what was going on, till we called reception to enquire the next morning after sleeping in the dark.

South AfricaI was disappointed to find that my room was located in a separate building from the main hotel that was not mentioned about the hotel. This meant I had to walk to the main hotel for check in, check out and using the restaurant and then walk outside to access my room, which was inconvenient, especially on a rainy day. I also felt that the hotel's layout was not ideal, with deluxe and executive rooms located in the main building, while other rooms, like mine, were relegated to a separate building. This made me feel like I was being segregated from the rest of the hotel. While the receptionist was somewhat friendly, I felt that she could have been more welcoming and helpful.
The hotel's location was ideal, within close proximity to my training venue. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay.
