Leaking shower head shows some maintenance problems. Poor internet connection and speeds. The plugs at the desk doesn't have a normal South African plug connection.

Very friendly staff at reception and around the grounds. The calm and serene atmosphere is a great break away from work. Good location with easy access to highways.

Lovely, comfortable rooms with everything you require. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. They serve great food at the restaurant on site, which is wonderfully convenient.

Everything was very good! Maybe more fresh cheese as opposed to processed cheese as an option.

If you want to watch TV in your room then go somewhere else. Out of 9 nights i only managed to watch TV 3 times and could not choose all the channels. Kept on getting error messages

The food was generally OK, The location is good but not easily accessible, some gates to the location were closed which made it difficult to access.

The generally outlook is great, trees well maintained. I have to single out the house keeping team for a great job. Kudos to Mirriam who was cleaning my room, she would give it her all, 10/10 for her.

The garden is beautifully manicured, trees and birds in abundance. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dinner was exceptional. My husband was staying at Sunninghill Hospital and they arranged transportation for me to visit. Comfortable bed, very clean room, large patio and inverters so I had no issues with load shedding. Great value for price, I extended my stay.

We got dirty saucers, luckily, we didn't need to make use of it, but I wasn't really happy about it. There are parts of the room that weren't cleaned thoroughly. I was disappointed because I've never encountered such with Rivonia PL before, I know this place to be clean to the tee.

I personally don't like a shower that is not fully enclosed. The water ends up spraying onto open areas, which makes it messy and slippery.

Rivonia is a familiar location to me in Johannesburg, and the Rivonia Premier Lodge provides an excellent facility in a convenient, attractive and secure location. I chose the Lodge especially because it caters for the current rash of loadshedding in Johannesburg by ensuring that laptops, TV and lights all work during this time. The Lodge also has an excellent breakfast and the rooms are comfortable with good facilities.. I will use it again when I return to Johannesburg.

There were very few to no aspects that we didn't enjoy about this accommodation.

This accommodation provided us with cozy and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also went out of their way to assist us in any way possible, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the value for money was exceptional, offering affordable rates without sacrificing quality. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation experience.
