The stairwell is not too attractive. Fine if you use the lift but I always use the stairs!

The bathroom had a bad smell, they are busy with renovations which are needed as the bathroom cupboards are coming apart

Some parts of the room looks a bit old but it’s clean.

The location is super. It’s very close to everything including beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The brekkie includes both cold and hot. I love the variety of fresh fruits. The sea view in my room is excellent! I felt quite safe to stay there and walked nearby by myself. Lastly, shout out to their excellent staff Stanley, he is very professional and helpful. He is a kind person.

needs some TLC , bath towels require replacement, past their expiry date , extractor fan in bathroom not functional with light , lends itself to drain smells in room , USB plugs and ability to charge devices in room , wheelchair access through foyer steps , parking is on the street. Fireplace in lounge room in cold weather maybe an attraction but no gas.

The view from the room is breathtaking and the breakfast amazing. The room is fitted with a fully stocked fridges for your convenience. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach and 7 minutes from an amazing selection of restaurants just down the road. Hop-on hop-off buses of Cape Town tours pass right in front of the hotel and stop just next to the restaurants. The hotel is within 15 minutes of some of Cape Town's amazing attractions, the Waterfront, Seapoint, the CBD which has countless selection of restaurants, clubs, and eateries and others. You can't go wrong!

Lifts were on the blink. However refurbishment was in progress. So only a glitch.

The property was as described. Perfect walking distance from the theatre on the bay and restaurants. We had rooms with large balconies. Fabulous view out over the coast. Great breakfast.

The bathroom for the deluxe doesn’t have a window and extractor fan, which is quite bad as the ventilation is not adequate to ensure that the odours from the bathroom pass out.

The property is a short walking distance from the beach, which is perfect. The views of the ocean from the room are amazing.

Great location for both camps bay and transport links to V&A and on the Red Bus route. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given a better room than expected which was fantastic! The breakfast had a great choice and was fresh every day. We would recommend and stay again.

I had to go to the balcony to get a view of the sea, but I hear its being renovated and soon all rooms will have a sea view which will be great!

Parking was in front of the hotel along the street - this did not feel very safe. There was a problem with water in the basin : very small amount and little pressure. Staff said it would be seen to the next day but we only stayed one night. Coffee machine did. to work well.

Best breakfast I have ever had. Staff always friendly and helpful. Access to fruit, biscuits and lemon water free of charge at reception. Situated close to restaurants and beach.
