The water saving showerhead and 2 minute shower limit. Rediculous to have a tiny stream to wash your entire body in 2 min and freezing during winter

Old Cape Farmhouse style was very nice. It was safe and clean.

We hiked the beautiful Murludi Hiking Trail earlier and it was lovely to relax afterwards at the peaceful Cape Dutch Quarters. Received a wonderful friendly welcome from reception and staff. Rooms very comfortable , and breakfast was amazing. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

There were a few cockroaches on the floors. The mosquitos were also a nuisance.

Signage at the back entrance to advise where to go to reception! But this was not a problem asking a local was easy and straightforward.

Perfect location for me, close to event venue. Comfortable bed, cool room in summer heat, friendly and helpful staff. Cute little courtyard and pool area.

I know the place is old, but I was overrun with sinus through the night. And if you look closely there is a good spring clean to be done. Lots of dust and dead bugs stuck to the wall.

It was very affordable, great location & wonderful reception from staff.

The shower could use a little upgrade (shower trap needs to be replaced). Bathroom door does not stay open by itself. There was a lot of mosquito's, so remember to use the mosquito net and bring your peaceful sleep with. Wifi signal was not the best and was on/off we visited.

Easy and secure access with you key tags. Loved the pool and surrounding seating area. The water temperature was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was within walking distance of the restaurants in the main road. Liked that we could park our vehicle right in front of our unit.

There is no TV in the room. I only had one ply toilet paper.

The staff were friendly very accommodating to do an earlier breakfast on request. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient and made to order. I would suggest you make use of the mosquito net provided, I didn't to my detriment. I liked that I had a dedicated parking bay but there isn't enough bays for everyone.

There is a door behind the room which is acceced quite often and the door isn't closed softly when people enter and exit the area.

I loved that there was a bath and that there was security in the streets at night.

The town is much smaller than we expected - and there is not much to do in the town itself. If you're into wine farms, there are many in the area. We didn't particularly like the "vibe" in the town - it felt a bit eerie, and the locals were quite unfriendly.

Breakfast was good, although quite pricey for a BnB. Rooms were clean and full of antiques. They are on the quiet side of town, in the center of the town's historic buildings. We enjoyed a hike to the waterfall and some fishing at Kloofzicht.

Some of the showers somewhat impractical and could be cleaner, some rooms struggled with wi-fi, only some rooms had electric blankets.
