Not anything I can think of. The facility's rooms have improved a lot. Obviously the rooms were renovated since the last time I used the Cresta Lodge Hotel.

The location is great, and nearer to the airport. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and they take their work and customers seriously.

I phoned the reception early in the morning asking for a two-point plug, I was given conformation that such a plug would be brought to my room as I needed to charge both my laptop and my phone for work the day. The plug was never brought nor was I informed that it would not be so that I could make a plan. That evening I went to reception to ask for an iron so that I can iron my dress for dinner that evening. 2 hours later, no iron was brought to my room and I had to use my hair iron to iron my dress... My female collage upon arriving was given a room that already had a guest in it! She was given a very occupied room. My male collage asked for a coffee 3 times in the lobby and was never served his requested beverage as ordered. The pool area is very nice, the pool however needs to be cleaned more often. The amount of dead insects floating in the pool makes your swimming experience less enjoyable. On my last day, a room service plate with food still on it- was left in the hallway for hours before it was noticed or removed by staff. This was mid afternoon.

The hostel was beautiful, and you can see it's recently been renovated. It had all the facilities you can possibly want or need. My room was very pretty and clean, I had a very comfortable stay.

The location is far from town so one is reliant on eating there which can get expensive. It is getting tired and could do with some regular upgrading. But these are minor compared to a great place to stay

The Cresta Lodge is my go to stay in Harare. It is comfortable, the facilities are good. I’m a frequent visitor.

Friendly and professional the staff. Clean rooms. Beautifull garden and pool. 8 minutes walk to farmers market and restaurant. 10 minutes drive to city center. Excellent Wi-Fi !!!

They rarely have any cash change in the coffee shop so you need an advance card credit. Reception also struggles with change due to limitations of US dollar. You cannot buy airtime for a cell phone on the premises and its a journey to find some!

Set in its own well maintained gardens on the edge of the city. Relaxed space great for meetings. Comfortable well maintained rooms and charming helpful staff. Fantastic breakfasts and good evening restaurant and staff really make one's stay enjoyable. Great helpful local taxi service to and from airport and town if needed.

Apart from Mosquitoes no issues.

Unfortunately, i missed all the breakfast due but the Dinner was perfect. The place is well located and clean. The only issue i had was that the room had plenty mosquitoes, but the hotel did not provide the mosquito repellent or doom hence we had to rush to the shops otherwise a good place to visit.

Staff was under trained and had no idea what they were doing. The drivers drifted to rip me off - luckily I asked for prices from multiple drivers from the same hotel driving company and the prices ranged from 180 to 80 - this is widely unprofessional

One lady who serving dinner/ supper yesterday was not enjoying her job and she made that clear even to customers. She was very serious and did not answered questions with one word answers-not impressed considering she was serving food.

The staff where very friendly and professional. 99.99% of staff would definitely great you with a smile. Very warm welcome-keep it up please.

Staff attitudes. The staff serving the buffet breakfast kept harassing my family for some "meal ticket". Even denying them service till I told them we were residents, booked with bed and breakfast. The staff should be decolonised and respect the local looking Zimbabwean. Gone are the days when only whites residents and visitors were the only ones spending time in the hotels.

There was no self service dinner on Monday 31 July, yet there were enough waiters. On our table, 4 of us had to finish our meals without being served the drinks, the waiter was overwhelmed.

So many members of staff but sometimes there are in each others way but you find yourself waiting and waiting.

The place is well maintained, the food was great even the small bakery items. Everything about the place screamed luxury and it was nice to experience

It was difficult to find the room - my stupidity, because I did not read the signs and followed my instinct.

The Lodge is close to the airport and an ideal place to stay on arrival in Harrare by plane. The premises is well-maintained with cared after plants and lawns. I will visit them more in future.
