When we checked in the bathtub and shower had black hair in it and the floor. We complained right away. The manager said he would give us a credit. We also told him the shower diverter was not working well. When we checked out we got a $30 discount. We complained and they increased it to $50. We still felt that was not enough.

Breakfast was great and wait staff was great. Food at Terrace was great but overpriced, in my opinion. The entertainment at the Terrace was excellent and the staff was fantastic.
