Very warm and friendly staff. We arrived late but they were still waiting for us. We were about to leave very early and we asked if they could make some sandwiches and coffee for us before official breafast timings and they also could find time to accomodate our request. We were even offered space for our car in garage. Despite hotel being next to road, it was very quiet and we had no problems sleeping. Room was very cozy and clean.

Simply amazing property to stay at; best way to describe it— “magical.” Close to everything, can walk everywhere: ski lifts, restaurants, church, stores, etc. Ski/snow board storage available. Rooms are cozy, well maintained- immaculate!! Even a spacious shared family room to use. Restaurant is top notch- quite possibly the best in Andermatt. Absolutely can’t go wrong with Sonne!!
