The staff were great, very attentive and made sure we were well looked after throughout the stay. The sauna and jacuzzi were great and I'd recommend it if you're there.

I liked meeting Eleanor quickly after our arrival. This allowed us to ask for a couple of things we needed and Eleanor was quick to bring them. I liked experiencing accomodation that was part of a bigger story of rennovation and innovation. I liked the breakfast particularly the poached and fried eggs, the home made bread and jam and well researched cornflakes. The cup of tea was lovely. The cottage was lovely and warm. I loved the endearing qualities of the farm. I oved the quirkiness of getting breakfast delivered through the kitchen window.

It was in a beautiful location, set on a remote farm in Dumfries & Galloway. The bed was comfy & the host was so lovely, allowing us to purchase eggs from their hens & use their phone for wifi access. The hosts are fairly new to renting out the cottage but I’m sure it’ll be a great place for future guests!

This was the perfect stop on the way to Glasgow. The Hotel was really lovely and the grounds were fantastic. A lot to see and do (if you don't go in winter like we did!). Great massage on site. The food was really good and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were perfect and just like the pictures on booking.com. Would stay here again. Easy parking.

Instantly felt at home and completely relaxed. Lovely feeling to the hotel, room was great, spacious, comfy bed, shower and bath. Loved the small bar and the fact there were dog free and dog friendly restaurants. Dog breakfast menu was a plus! We will be back ASAP. They allowed us to check in early with no fuss and check out was a leisurely 11am.
