Staff friendliness and customer service. In particular Yasin who served us a hot breakfast at 6.30am and looked after the aunties like they were his own mother, Abdulrahman who made us mint tea at midnight, Anas whose calm leadership and haunting gnawa tunes lit our experience and anyone else you remember.

If there were any flaws, the staffs Nadir, Omar & lady chef N compensated them all. The staffs were gems!! Very helpful, very pleasant and polite. The riad was just like what we imagine, beautiful! location was not too deep into the Medina, easily reachable via Bab Boujloud and the Batha post. Our room was on the top floor, next to the terrace and the rooftop seating. Bathroom with bidet for the toilet is a rare finding!! Dinner we had was fantastic and breakfast were nice and varies everyday, still traditional and adequate portion.

I have no words to define this property! What an amazing place! Me and my partner went to tour Fes just one day and the rest we enjoyed inside the Riad. Everything about this property is phenomenal.

We Loved Omar, his personality, the Food and the Amazing rooftop Terrasse with a view over Fes. Our three year old daughter was also in love with Omar and they ended up being good friends - really cute. the vibe here is just really good.

We had the best time at Riad Amor. The staff are phenomenal hosts and so accommodating. Their food and drinks were so amazing we rarely left. We spent hours on the rooftop like a home away from home. The hammam girls are so sweet and we had the best scrubs and massages of our life. We will be coming back!

We stayed here on our first three nights in Morocco and it set a high standard for how a pleasant riad should be. I was searching for a reasonably priced place, special/unique structure, simple/clean room, nice lighting, nice bathroom, nice breakfast... and this place had all those qualities. They organized our pickup from the airport and a day trip outside of Fes with a driver who was very sweet and attentive. Overall we enjoyed our time =)

Riad Sabah was really like an oasis when we walked inside after navigating the dark alleys of the medina. We were warmly greeted, and seated in the center courtyard- which was gorgeous! We were given mint tea and some delicious cookies while our paperwork was being done. (we are still looking to find more of those cookies!) Our bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and clean. (air conditioner worked great). breakfast was very lovely in the courtyard- with the fountains and the pool. You can also request to eat on the rooftop- which we forgot about. but it has a great view of the city. last- Mariem was super helpful- gave us many tips about the medina- and marked some things on the map for us. But she also suggested an excellent restaurant and called and made a reservation for us for dinner. (which was excellent- and the interior was incredibly beautiful!)
