Great location downtown near many restaurants. Views are amazing and the staff is very polite and welcoming during your stay. I stayed at the Hyatt back in 2016 and it’s my go to spot everytime for me and my fiancé

The hotel is pretty, quiet and peaceful. The garden behind the hotel is beautiful and during Christmas time have a nice decoration.

The hotel is small, cozy, clean, comfortable lobby, excellent service, very comfortable room and beds, and great location. I stayed two nights and found it to be perfect for my needs.

comfy and nice. elevator is smooth. only noisy customer/kids in hallway at most. free breakfast on weekend was nice. not much variety on hot, but waffle machine is cool.

Everything was nice and clean rooms are comfortable mattresses need a little bit more work or brand new but other than that it was nice

The staff was great they actually had staff to understand English and the check in process was a success ani can't think of the clerk that check me in on Saturday was a very very professional attitude me an my friend booked with different 3rd party an we wanted to be on same floor an the clerk had no issues she made sure we got what we asked for i really feel bad because i don't remember the clerks name but she definitely deserves to be recognized only if i could remember her my stay was great will be back if i needed a hotel in Atlanta

The staff was so attentive to our needs. Even when we were walking around they greeted us throughout the entire property to ask if we needed anything. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything to make us comfortable and feel at home.

Great location, fabulous suite, varied and substantial breakfast, huge and comfortable lobby, helpful and friendly staff!

Everything was spot on. We really enjoyed the live dj on Friday and Saturday night he plays a mixture of music. DEFINITELY A VIBE FOR ALL AGES!!! BOOK NOW. House keeping was so sweet she came in and cleaned our room mid stay.

The location and setup of the property was perfect. The lobby was awesome along with the drinks at the bar.

This was a brother-sister trip and and the layout of the room - with separate bedroom, sleeper sofa, two bath entrances and two sinks - made it perfect for sharing! It ended up a lot less expensive than two separate rooms would have cost in a lesser hotel. It would be great for couples traveling with kids.

Great location near campus. Good amenities. Was slow weekend right before thanksgiving but food service was still available and good quality.
