Great breakfast and they had a toothbrush and toothpaste for me when American Airline stranded me for the night. Shuttle pickup in the evening went perfect, shuttle dropoff in the morning was ok. Staff was really friendly and really helpful.

Our luggage was delayed and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us by giving us both toiletries bags. Also, upon check in we immediately received a cool bottle of water. Staff also sent up coffee supplies to our room. Location in the airport was so convenient.
