The staff members were friendly, I like the fact that the hotel is near the sea and the mall. I can't wait to book with them again

Everything !! Absolutely fantastic from the super high windows to the shutters on the window the balcony as viewing over the Gateway Mall. Super large bedrooms and 3 bedrooms we had. Super buffet breakfast as well. Super clean and fabulous staff. A fantastic family suite. Pure Luxury is all I can say. Aircon was fabulous as Durban a scorcher. Everything is large for this family suite. Exceptional luxury

Great location shops and airport , easy access to the parking parking. The decor was really nice , super chilled surf vibe beautiful garden seating to enjoy some cocktails. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Overall I got friendly staff from reception to housekeeping even though linen wasn’t that clean I would like to Mention Nomvuselelo “Vusi” she is kind and she loves her job and very committed thank Vusi keep it up

The property is quiet small outside, for parkings or chilling space. The inside is so beautiful, it matched the price. The allocated room facing the entrance road is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. my partner and I loved it and definately our go to spot especially for our Durban marathons.

I like the cleaniness of the place. It is well maintained Comfortable bed and couches. Chairs on the verandah to chill outside. Most importantly the friendliness and welcoming of staff.
