We got room with beautiful city view and Jing’an temple that light up during the night. Concierge is really helpful to book restaurants, and suggesting everything we need. Breakfast has immense options. Bed & room is very comfortable. Shout out to Camille from reception staff who makes everything super easy breezy, from the personal greetings, in room check in even she have little surprise birthday cake for me! Definitely will return when we go back to Shanghai!

A huge thank you to Alfred from the concierge team, whose professionalism and kindness made our experience truly unforgettable. A special mention also goes to Leslie, the head bartender, who delighted us with his amazing cocktails, crafted with care, good humor, and a contagious warmth. This stay will remain a cherished memory, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an exceptional experience in Shanghai!

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided warm, attentive service that made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, offering both comfort and style. Every detail—from the quality linens to the stunning city views—exceeded expectations. The hotel’s amenities, including the restaurant and wellness facilities, were top-notch. Breakfast was a daily highlight, featuring a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect—convenient for exploring key attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle.

After a day’s journey, guests can dive into the swimming pool, or relax in the sauna room. Massage service is also provided. The fitness centre is ready for the guests who want workouts.
