Perfect place to relax and chill out! Sauna was great and we rented the grill which was set up for us by the chosen time. The staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful and responsive!

Lovely accommodation, very relaxing, very spacious and chilled atmosphere. Kitchen is very big and lots of facilities to use, free tea and coffee and filter coffee in the mornings. Perfect view of Mount Fuji, and close to lake Kawaguchiko.

It was a lovely place with spacious and clean interior. Mt. Fuji view was spectacular from bedroom window. Amenities and facilities were clean and tidy. Very generous too. We rented a car to travel around town and we find the location is great. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday!

Very friendly and helpful staff, Location was superb. View from the rooms and rooftop terrace look out over the lake and Mount Fuji, which was beautiful. Hotel felt calm and relaxing. Lovely onsen facilities.

We have the whole house to ourselves. Mount Fuji is supposedly just right outside the window if not for the cloudy day. It’s just a throw stone away from the heritage shrine. Also, a 2minutes walk to the closest eating establishment for HOTO noodles. Lovely and relaxing retreat. The staff who communicates very fluently in English, is very helpful and friendly. The excellent service is couplet by the four friendly social cats around the premises.

Mizno's location opposote the lake was perect for viewong Mt Fuji and it's decor was unique. The Author's lounge was an inviting space to relax with a drink. The artwork on every level really added to the atmosphere. The onsen was lovely and qe really enjoulyed our japanese room and the French dinner and breakfast in the dining room overlooking the mountain. The foord and service were great.

The room was spacious and clean and had everything you could need. The private outdoor onsen was lovely and hot and very relaxing after many days of travelling and walking. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of Cava for our Anniversary which was a lovely touch. There’s not much out with the room area but there was also a room with a coffee machine just off the small reception area which was nice to use ore breakfast. We also had the fine dining Japanese dinner experience and it was really good.

Amazing stay. The private onsen was always the highlight of our day. Room was in traditional Japanese style yet quiet and comfortable. The owner was so kind and lovely. We would definitely recommend to stay here for more than 1 night to truly relax and enjoy bicycling around the lake.

such a beautiful atmosphere and the perfect place to stay to have a relaxing time in your own onsen! everything included was lovely and the staff were so helpful when we wanted to upgrade our room on arrival. Just do your research when you travel to the area as the transport is a change of pace compared to the city (times/delays).
