Set in the centre of Santiago de Querétaro and next to Alameda de Hidalgo Square, Hotel Mirabel offers modern rooms with free WiFi. It also features a gym. Excellent location. I arrived past 12AM on check in and the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The staff is really considerate because they moved my room to a quieter area anticipating a large group or event that would be happening in the hotel. Hotel is near downtown, perfect for exploring the city. I didn’t use the restaurant but that is an available option. Parking was available. The room had a comfortable and clean bed, large windows that let natural light in, and a working TV. Wifi signal was functional. Bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. I would stay at this hotel again.

The place is just amazing. Feels like a little neighborhood. Its gardens, pool area and water features are beautiful.

Located in the centre of Querétaro, 400 metres from the main plaza (Plaza de Armas) close to 5 de mayo avenue, Hotel Criol features a year-round outdoor pool and terrace. From the moment I entered the property I was acknowledged and helped. I like that they had a nice beverage to offer. They made the whole process very seamless. I love the library really enjoyed sitting there on the glass floor, looking down at the books as well as the bookshelves above. Pool is cute. Patio is relaxing and comfortable. My bed was also perfect. I like that. I had a lot of options of pillows.
