The property was easy to find. There were a lot of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The host were very helpful, friendly and engaging. The meals were very good.

With a peaceful location in the Valdres Region, this hotel is on the doorstep of Jotunheimen National Park. It offers a restaurant, spa and rooms with flat-screen TVs. This gem of a hotel requires a little driving over beautiful mountain roads. You are rewarded with an authentic Norwegian experience, wood fire and warm hospitality. The food was excellent and the rooms small but very comfortable. We would go back in a heartbeat!

* Newly renovated Aksjemøllen by Classic Norway, has a unique atmosphere and charm. Actually enjoyed. Very good value for money. Some nice historic vibes as originally the hotel is a reconstruction from real mill. Room was spacious, very cozy, heating worked absolutely fine. Comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure. In my room, coffee machine and kettle were provided with some coffee and tee. There was also ironing desk and iron, just in case. Decent wi-fi signal without any issue. Lovely team at the reception, very positive. I was lucky to have the room ready by arrival, although I came too early before check-in time. Luggage storage is available free of charge. Really good breakfast which is served in the same restaurant Egon which is connected to the hotel. And restaurant itself is good, too - fast service, delicious meals. Recommend to try the trout and fish soup. And juicy IPA beer :) Very convenient location, liked it a lot. In general, strongly recommended.
