Before coming to Hanoi we were a bit worried given the enormous offer of hotels and the mixed reviews of them. I think we took the right choice by coming to the Golden Amour. If asked again, I would come back. The staff allowed us to pick between two different rooms. We stayed in a family room which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is very good, close to many points of interest in Hanoi. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Richard that helped us planning and booking our next steps.

Very central location, pretty good size and quite clean and comfortable. The 3 person room was bigger and more comfortable than some other nearby hotels which were more expensive. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Staff were nice and accommodating. Although we will check in hotel in another 3 days time, staff were flexible for us to store our luggage, used the washroom and rest at lobby before depart to Sapa. Location is perfect and easy access to places in old quarter. Room is spacious and comfortable.
