Everything was perfect, the room was way bigger and way more luxurious than we expected. The pictures cant show how great this hotel is, and the price is really good! It was also very clean. I loved the whole room experience, the bathroom was fully stacked, the bed was super comfortable.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the breakfast had enough options and decent coffee.

It’s gorgeous new hotel with very friendly staff. The location is near to center of town. Whole neighborhood is nice and quiet with plenty nice restaurants. High recommended

Centrally located, nice, good variety breakfast, very helpful front desk staff. I contacted by phone, a couple of times, the front desk before to take the decision to reserve the room on Booking.com. I always had a good, reasonable and well promising answer. On my arrival, with my wife, we have been meet and served by the protocol. Special thanks to the front desk officer Nicola Yordanov and also to his colleagues who make everything necessary to make our stay of 5 days in this hotel, pleasant and comfortable - arranging a room with a better view and less street noise, preparing a box with breakfast and calling the taxi for the airport at 3 am, in the morning, etc.

Good sorrounding for night soroundings

Wonderful place with great staff, amazing pool and perfect garden bar for evening chill. Room is much beyond expectations. Don't get turned off for its distance to the city center, its only 5-6 EUR taxi ride away.

Lovely hotel, very stylish and very well furnished. It appears rather new. It looks more like a 4 star (and the rooms even like 5 star). We arrived very late at night and the receptionist was polite and efficient.

It’s in the center of the city every attraction and subway are walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Best location

Wonderful garden which makes you feel that you are in lovely park instead of city. It is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great too. I will come back to this place on my next Sofija visit Spa is superb

I really like the ambiance of this hostel! people are nice specially all the staff! always smiling and accommodating! Regarding breakfast i really like the scrambled egg and waffles! i also like the huge common area which you can socialize anytime you like :D
