Great location, nice breakfast, the room was very clean. We ate at the attached restaurant for dinner and the food was very good. We will stay here again when in Thun.

The hosts were very welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast. We had to leave early for our activities in Interlaken, and they were flexible enough to prepare our breakfast ahead of time without hesitation. The view of the stockhorn was amazing. The room was comfortable and the there is a good high quality fan/cooler in the room. Location is close to the train/bus station.

Right on Lake Thun it was beautiful. We loved relaxing just to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Great breakfast every morning and just a quick bus ride to city centre and the train station. Also easy access to the ferry and a short train ride to Lauterbrunnen and Wengen.

The staff was very friendly. Location is perfect and right next to the Bus Stop. The room was spacious and clean.

The view was excellent, parking was easy and on site, the room was spacious and comfy, and breakfast was great.

We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

The location is superb, the service was great, the food was amazing. We visited on the first of August, seeing the fireworks around the lake from the hotel terrace was amazing. Parking our car was easy and we got a free public transport pass to see the sights, great!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great and the location was convenient. Just a short walk to the lovely lake area, super close to supermarkets and a pharmacy and either a short bus ride or scenic walk into Thun.

The room was smaller but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and thought the small elevators were adventurous :). The location was convenient and the price was fair.

This was a drop-dead gorgeous location and property. We stayed here the night of our mini elopement and it was an absolute dream. They also have a partnership with the hotel next door to have access to their spa facilities. This was a wonderful surprise upon arrival. We're sad to have only spend one night here, but it was everything we hoped for.

Been some time I stayed in an hotel that was so clean, the person at the reception was nice and helpful, we had an early breakfast that was waited for us in the fridge, location is great as well, will remember this place in case if returning to Saas Fee
