As it has only just opened before covid, everything is still almost new. Both the family room with 2 King-sized beds and the bathroom were very spacious. The construction and the furniture are of nice quality. The owner is a very nice and helpful person, who speaks a very good english. They have their own private pier for those who left their vehicle at Parapat. Also, when high tide, you will have private pool which connect to Lake Toba. The breakfast is also considered good.
