Location was nice & quiet & good, but there was not much in the area to do. I suppose this was fine, considering we used it as a jumping off point for Gothenburg & a trip up the Bohuslan coast, but was just expecting a bit more. Still an excellent property & stay though & I would highly recommend it.

Location is excellent- very close to transport, shopping and restaurants. We had a corner suite and it was incredible and extremely comfortable- the room staff were above and beyond and the hotel facilities were exceptional- especially the complimentary access to Hagabadet below the hotel.

Jacyz has a lot of content to offer, and we enjoyed that. For example one day it was raining so we stayed in and went to Pachanga. There are also a few bars and restaurants in the hotel, so you can try a different one everyday. We will be coming back.

The common areas are impressive but I can’t say the same about our room. Even though it was beautiful, it was not a 5 star hotel room. I think they could have some food for free in the room but everything is paid.

Our family room was very spacious but really lacked storage, luckily there was only 2 of us otherwise we wouldn't have been able to unpack, as nowhere to put anything! We only had 3 hangers when we first arrived so had to request more, and also needed more towels. The towels were tiny and not sure why they are so small!

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options. The hotel also has a very nice terrace. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A good grocery store and some restaurants are a 10 minute walk away.

The location of the property is perfect if you are arriving by either train or bus, the property is opposite the train station. Our room was very spacious, we had a room at the end of a corridor. The bed was very comfy, showers were nice and hot. The bar area was very nice and relaxed and busy with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was good but a little busy at times.

A very nice and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped. The basic or standard room has everything that a traveler could need inlcuding iron with iron table, mini bar, tea, coffe and so on. The hotel has a very spacious atrium in the central regions with a bar, 2 restorants, gym and spa area. Breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is directly in the city cengter. I never expirienced any noise in my room that would bother me. Staff was kind.
