The staff is friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner were traditional and very well served in handmade porcelain bowls. We were in Japan for three weeks in various hotels. This accommodation and food was the best we had. Great experience.

Our house was a detached one, which was huge, modern, spotless clean, very quiet and comfortable, with beautiful private garden. The design and lighting of the house created a feeling of calmness and relaxation. *Quality of both breakfast and dinner were very high and extremely delicious. River view from the large windows of restaurant was stunning. Watching at the picturesque river and greenery while enjoying meals was so amazing. *It was surprised that one of the young female staff, Aiko, could even speak fluent English. So, we did not have problems in communication during our stay. *Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. They tried their best to make our stay comfortable and happy. The manager was so thoughtful. He changed the menu for our dinners every day to enhance feeling of freshness. The young lady, Aiko, was very helpful. She helped us a lot in our problem about phone card. *We have wonderful stay here.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations, the room was so beautiful and the attention to detail was incredible. The staff was really nice and the breakfast in the morning was really amazing! I would totally recommend this beautiful ryokan and I hope I can stay again soon!
