Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They don't speak much English but have endless patience speaking with phone translators. They offer a free shuttle bus to hotel guests. To get to the hotel from lake shikotsu village at 15:30 and 17:30. And to leave the hotel at 9am and 10am.

The service was spectacular. Every detail of the kaiseki dinner was special, it was in the private room and the access was easy and with privacy. We got a bedroom with a private onsen. The temperature of the water was perfect. You have to choose the hour of the dinner and breakfast, then I understood the reason, it was meticulously prepared for you.

Ikoino Yuyado Iroha is just a 7-minute walk from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. Guests can soak in the hot spring baths or connect to the free WiFi. JR Niseko Train Station is located a 10-minute taxi ride away. We loved the outdoor onsen and the spacious room.
