This property was stunning! Great sized rooms, very clean and pretty much everything you could need. Location was perfect and the staff were so helpful, friendly and accomodating. We travelled as a group of 5 families, including 9 children aged 4 and under and the staff were just brilliant at making us feel welcome, from making sure our rooms were all nearby, making space for us to all sit together at dinner and breakfast and even bringing marshmallows and sticks to the firepit!
We are already planning the next trip!

Marysville has risen from ashes.
Marysville has risen from ashes. The new buildings are stylish and modern, but the locals are still as friendly, welcoming and helpful as ever. On the rainy day we enjoyed spending time in the Visitor Information Centre, the Lolly Shop and the Historical Museum. We enjoyed the drive along Lady Talbot Drive and the walk to the Taggerty Cascades and Meeting of the Waers. Keppels Lookout is also a must on a nice day.

Loved it years ago, but the main street has been changed alarmingly with the monstrous black 'resort' which spoils the feel of it. The fire memorial is wonderful and parks and streetscape is lovely at the bottom end.
The cafes are great, the supermarket was fine for self catering. Bruno's garden is fantastic - even better than it used to be. Surrounding area - drives and walks at the Meeting of the Waters are still wonderful.

Marysville is a town with beautiful scenery and walking tracks. While there we visited Bruno Art n Sculpture Garden which was truly amazing. Steavenson Falls is a breathtaking place to be. It gets crowded in the afternoon. We arrived there before 9am and was able to enjoy it. There are nice cafes and pubs in the area.

The ELKana Lodge was delightful and luxurious to stay! Picturesque townscape and friendly shops, great food and huge shout out to the community resilience for bouncing back after 2099 disaster - the entire town should be proud!

Quaint village. Best to see in spring or autumn.
Quaint village. Best to see in spring or autumn.
Expensive for groceries but good bakery.
Steavenson Falls spectacular - floodlit until 11pm at night.
A bit of the drive along a scenic but hazardous road to get to Yarra Valley wineries and tourist sites
Had a fantastic long weekend stay at Marysville. It is a beautiful scenic village and the cottages were close to the main strip making it easy to wander through the town or check out the sites when not enjoying the fantastic room and spa bath. Couldn't ask for more with a relaxing weekend away before starting back to work for the year
Everything was excellent, the accomodation , beautiful, clean and very quiet, not noisy like bigger hotels, the breakfast was lovely and great hospitality, with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates.
We felt this accomodation was very expensive, and overrated. We ate at the restaurant, the meals were average. We have stayed in other accom in marysville, that was much nicer and less expensive.
The room was clean, very comfortable, quiet and the hosts were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Marysville.
