The owners where very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. Even if they did not speak English well which complicated communication, they managed to make us feel welcome all the time. The hotel location is in a quiet street close to train station, shopping street, and the main tourist attractions. The staff, although not particular fluent in English, was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel buffet was also good. It is also close to KIX airport and suited us to catch an early morning flight.
