Everything! It was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand, it was complete with everything we needed. The breakfast was brought into our room during the morning and when we had early morning day tours, they prepared it for takeaway instead so we don’t get hungry. Can’t recommend the customer service enough, they were friendly and the room service was one of the best thai food ☺️ the location is a little bit out of the main spot in Samui but didn’t matter as you can rent a moped through them! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It’s perfect for all kinds of family. We traveled with a young baby, 1 yr old, all the facilities are so close to each other. There is a pool under every single building, gym is literally opposite to kids club, and the kids club is so amazing, absolutely the highlight of our stay. It’s super modern, full of thoughtful toys and activities. The staff are super attentive, always ensure kids safety first and they try their best to provide thoughtful engagement with all the kids. Love the restaurant as well. We tried many other local restaurants, they are indeed cheaper but the hotel’s got the best quality food. A big thanks to all the staff they were super personal, helpful and super friendly to all of us and our baby. We had a wonderful time! Will definitely come back again if we are back in samui again. Wait, did I mention about the breakfast?! It was amazing! Both varieties and qualities are top notch!

The breakfast is exceptional! Had best variety and quality we’ve ever had! Definitely recommend the half board, the dinner choice is so generous and the quality is 👌👌👌. Staff was definitely the highlight of our stay, all of them were trying their best to ensure we had the best stay, however the consistency was a bit lacking, I think it’s due to not having enough staff during peak hours, such as breakfast time. Huge huge thanks to the ladies at the kids club, they are super attentive and kind, our holiday won’t be the same without you. They made our 1 year old son a personalised lion that has his name on it. It was so cute, thanks for the thoughtful and touching surprise. Loved our room as well, super spacious and quiet. The blackout door was so good, sound proofing was brilliant too. We had lovely rest every night. The view from everywhere in the resort is astonishing! You get the best jungle view as well as the ocean view.

Great hotel and the pool on the beach was incredible for watching the sunset. The bar and restaurant in site were very good and reasonably priced. The room was massive, with lots of space and a big bed. We had the hot tube on the balcony which was lovely on an evening. Swimming pools were all nice and quiet most of the time. Location for us was good, but a scooter is probably recommended. The 7 Eleven was about 5 minutes walk.
