The room was super comfortable, immaculate and modern decor inc hot drinks and biscuits. Although advertised as a small double, just for myself it was more that adequate. Lovely clean bathroom, hot showers and great toiletries as well. The hotel is very beautiful inside and out. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Central to the Ottery St Mary town so easy to walk in and beside a large Sainsbury’s. I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return myself sometime in the future.

the family are lovely and the facilities are clean and well maintained. you can purchase thier meats and wools, have BBQs with local coal. the breakfasts are beautiful!! it was home away from home for us and they were very sweet with my 2 year old who spent the whole week existing as a tantrum. must forget the fairy walk, hot tub, I could go on forever. they are wonderful people and we hope to go back. Great location and felt quite private despite others around, the shower was hotel worthy and no problems with sharing as everyone was respectful not to hog. I did however expect some heating in the tent and we got quite chilly in the summer evenings in August so not too sure how it enjoyable it would be in autumn and winter.
