We booked a two bedroom suite, it was very spacious and had a balcony and separate contained seating area with big windows. We arrived late and the hotel arranged late check in for us as well as a later check out. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the coffee! A great location close to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Must see the salute to the sun and the sea Organ ..
Must see the salute to the sun and the sea Organ .. Take time to walk the promenade. The City is easily walkable to ensure you get the most out of it .. book a guided walking tour to get your bearings .. it will set you up for the rest of your stay. The restaurants are varied and good quality. We tended to go for 1 or 2 courses with pre drink and bottle of wine .. comes in at less than 100 Euro. Good number of museums covering evolution from Roman through to current times. We didn`t try the beaches but did indulge in a full day boat trip to Kornati /Telascica using Arbiana cruises (food and opportunity to swim rovided) and a full day visit to Ptlivice lakes .. Beautiful but fairly tiring .. H+S is "a touch" light on site. Does get very busy in high season

The town itself is drab & not for tourists, the old town is nice & work is ongoing with the area looking onto the sea but will be stunning when completed. The restaurants were very similar with pretty much the same menus, not alot of effort put into the visuals of the food & the food & wine was expensive. Some restaurant/shop workers were unhelpful & rude, boat trip was ok. Taxis were expensive but Ubers were nearly 50% cheaper.

There are few shops in the city, you have to walk a lot, there are few restaurants and they are expensive. The beach is clean, the beach is stony, not sandy. The old town is pleasant, with many bars and cafes.
The breakfast was enough. The dinner was very delicious and the amount was correct.
The staff was very kindly, and helpful.
The view from the sundeck was very nice, and the jacuzzi was great.
We walked to Zadar city center about 30 minutes (on the beachside), but if someone don't like to walk a lot the public transport started in front of the hotel.
We are totally satisfied.
Great accommodation and host! We had a great week at this place, location very good and the host was the kindest and sweetest lady we ever met. Very helpful and ready to help. 5 stars for her and the accommodation itself was very nice, clean and tidy and perfect to spend some good holidays like we did! We’ll be back to this place when we’re back to Zadar for sure!!
Location was amazing. We rented a car and they were able to accommodate us with parking for a small fee. Room was large very comfortable. Staff was very nice! Hotel was beautiful with a cute garden dinner drink area. 100 percent recommend. Had everything we needed and very close to the sea organ and zadar old town very walkable so essentially close to everything
Very nice location, we liked our room number 14. The city and old town in Zadar are beautiful. The location is near the sea. The owner of the Pansion Maria was very honest and hospitable person and we appreciate it, because it was our first time in Croatia. Breakfast was tasty and on time! Nice stay in Zadar 👍
This was a very quiet, private and relaxing stay, but with a very convenient and cheap taxi ride into the bustling old town. The pool was incredible and there were lots of great little restaurants nearby. The staff were really lovely and gave us great recommendations on things to do around Zadar.
You can't get a better location; right in the middle of the old town with a view of the sea.
Nice, custom-built quad beds, kind of like a capsule hotel but much better.
Centralized card-key system that operates doors and lockers; not the usual battery-operated ones.
Bright and modern.
Triana is super nice and a very helpful host.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
It's close to a typical croatian beton cement beach. Beautiful sunsets, nice restaurant nearby.
Take the bus number 8 to Zadar old Town. It departs every 20 minutes.
Great location especially for the money. Right in the heart of old town and also has the cheapest bar in Zadar, at least from the ones we went to. 4€ cocktails all day. Everything was clean, not like how the other reviews say.
Bastion Heritage Hotel - Relais & Châteaux was in a great location as it was walking distance to all the major attractions in Zadar. The staff was very accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional.
It was very nice to have our own little studio within an apparthotel. The receptionists were very helpful and kind. Close to the beach and easy access to the old town of Zadar, the location was perfect for us :)
Fantastic location for Zadar with an amazing view over the river of the old town and right near the pedestrian bridge into the town.
Parking outside ( although not cheap at approx £10/ day.
This apartment is in a brand new building. Everything shines like in a 5 star hotel. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace. I highly recommend it to everyone!
