The owners are very friendly, helpful and always available. They speak good English. The room is cute and has all you need, it has a nice balcony. The pool area is great, very spacious and relaxing. The moment you enter the property car park you encounter the stunning design of the property. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The rooms are small, but excellently designed for maximum efficiency of space, all whilst being extremely aesthetically pleasing. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is great, and there is air-con! The attention to detail overall is excellent!
Within the property there is an outstanding restaurant on the bank of the river, we ate dinner there as the sunset and the food was incredible! Breakfast is selected the day before and served at a time of your choice, either to your room or the restaurant. The breakfast was also delicious and the service was faultless. I highly recommend you stay a night here if you get the chance!

The value for the price is one of the best in Ayutthaya from the hotels from medium range prices. The price is great, the 7-11 is 1min away, the staff is very kind and friendly, room is so clean, balcony, comfortable bed, the hotel is away from the road so u won't hear any noise. Location it's depends on the own needs. Around 15-20min from minivan station, 15min walk to daily market and around 30-40min for the night market. 30min walk to train station. In my opinion better waste few minutes to travel out/in to hotel but having clean, safe and comfortable night.
