Feels like a fake town built for rich people to park their yachts and Bentleys in, then go shopping for label goods. No cool bars, boutiques, or lively places. Just endless brand stores and restaurants with white tablecloth service. If you're looking for real Sardinia, look elsewhere.

Porto Cervo center is a yacht place for very rich, while the Liscia di Vaca is more relaxed with small nice beach and large residential area with village like center on the hill with shops and restaurants and church - very nice.

Porto Cervo was very beautiful. we went there end of April and it was a bit too quiet, not all restaurants, clubs etc were open. however we had the beautiful beaches to ourselves and you can still find other things to do ( wine tasting in the vicinity, rent a boat, horse riding etc.

Porto Cervo is the heart of the Costa Smeralda.
Porto Cervo is the heart of the Costa Smeralda. While the jet setter heydays of the 60's to 80's is long past, the town retains its charm with beautiful homes and shops. A visit to the Costa Smeralda in the off season, like we did in September, avoids the mass tourists and overly expensive hotels and restaurants. The beaches are magnificent and the entire area is a feast for the eyes. There is lots to do, scuba diving at Orso Diving in Poltu Quatu, or chartering a boar at Poltu Quatu Charter. A drive to Palau and the ferry to La Magdalena shows you even more of the splendour of this utterly beautiful part of Sardinia. But make no mistake, Sardinia has far, far more to offer than the Costa Smeralda. But it's a great place to begin to discover the magical island that is Sardinia. I've been coming here for almost 40 years and relish every opportunity to enjoy its sunshine and beaches.

Very expensive purpose built resort which was very quiet out of season. Several restaurants/bars/shops were closed but we were aware of this when we booked.
Very pretty setting and a great base for exploring the Costa Smerelda.
What a hidden gem this place is.
Right on the beach with the view of Porto Cervo and sunsetting behind Porto Cervo. Living room and balcony is amazing. We booked this for 2 families. Just perfect. Enjoyed eating on the balcony - very spacious. Kids went swimming on the beach while we cook. The beach was mainly private for us.
Crystal clear waters.
Perfect for us. 5-10 mntes drive to town. There's shops around but expensive so we drove 30mints to Olbia town for groceries.
Amazing location.
Bedrooms are okay - clean, bed comfort 8/10.
The location is exceptional. Right next to a beach, but crucially, 15 meters up, allowing fantastic views over the bay that attracts large yachts by the dozen. Nice pool area. We bought half board because it was virtually free, and it turned out to be a new 4-course menu every day, with very high quality plates (not buffet). Likely the best hotel dinners ever. The rooms are fine, beds comfy, good blinders, and free parking. Relaxed atmosphere. Would go back.
The location to me was the best in the whole of Sardinia, just six minutes drive from any place we wanted to go locally including Porto Cervo. The staff were absolutely amazing everywhere but I would like to send a big "Thank You" to Vanessa in particular. She was extremely attentive and so pleasant. The terrace bar, the swimming pools as well as the small private beach are all great. Also, there's ample parking available for all guests at all times.
Breakfast excellent: any type of eggs and coffees you wanted. Bottles of water freely provided. More choice and higher standard of produce. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room excellent. Good beds especially for Italy/ Sardinia. Beautiful grounds, immaculate pools and gardens. We’ve been to other hotels and this is the only one which really is 5 star.
The hotel service was 1st class; the room accommodations were fabulous; the breakfast buffet had a huge assortment of everything you could possibly want if your were an American; the pool staff were so friendly and very accommodating; and the spa was exactly what I expected from a 5 star hotel. We only stayed 8 nights and I wish we could have stayed 2 weeks!
Francesco was very helpful, but we were disappointed with the apartment. it is very difficult to get a taxi. At one point a taxi tried to charge us $200 to take us a mile to Porto cervo. The apartment listing is very misleading with photos of a pool that doesn’t exist. There were several spiders and I woke up up with lots of bug bites.
Beautiful, rustic, clean property with the best breakfast ever. Also, the location is perfect and very close to all the nice beaches and restaurants in Porto Cervo.
Lastly, the staff is amazing, professional, and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed!
The location in Porto Cervo is perfect, by the sea, lots of shops and restaurants around. The apartment was amazing and so well designed, modern and chic with a beautiful view.
Stefano is the best host ever, always available if needed. Grazie mile Stefano !
I do appreciate the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. We felt as if we were located in the national park. At the same time a few of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda were reachable in the walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.
This is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in a perfect location in Porto Cervo. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with a lovely balcony overlooking the lagoon. The staff were all exceptional.
The hotel's style is warm and inviting yet modern. The bathroom is fantastic, a really nice shower and overall facilities. The rooms are a good size and are comfortable.
Very easy takeover of the keys, clean and pleasant appartment with beautiful view. Next time in Sardinia, we will spend longer time in this accomodation.
The contemporary interpretation of Sardinian interior decoration in the lobby and common areas is beautiful, but do not be fooled, it ends right there.
The attentiveness and teamwork the staff had to our questions. The water view from the hotel room terrace was beautiful. And the location was very good.
