Just everything!!! The environment/location was perfect very peaceful, calm and relaxing no loud music as such. The staff are amazing thank you to Dimitra and Nancy, they are so welcoming and kind. I've stayed in come beautiful hotels before, but this stay has been by far the most pleasant, thanks entirely to the exceptional hotel staff. They made me feel truly welcome, always with a smile on their face, always ready with advice or suggestions to share. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and a pure joy to talk to whenever I had the opportunity. Special shout out to the ladies at reception during both shifts and the best drivers! As for the hotel itself, it’s everything you’d expect for the value. The restaurant service and food were great, the views breathtaking, the rooms impeccably clean, and the bed extraordinarily comfy.
