Excellent location down the street from Okayama Station. The check in process was quick and easy. Lots of amenities are provided for free. Plenty of locations nearby for food and shopping. Bed was very comfortable.

The location was very close to the train station - just a short 3 minute walk down the street. Located within the shopping arcade, convenient food spots nearby. There was a complimentary onsen which i liked and used, and even a sauna too. Clean and spacious room as well as bathroom. Complimentary drinks in the lobby and pajamas.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan—simply because the value is incredible. On top of the great price for a single room, they have too many added extras to list (but I’ll try): Free soda fountain drinks, free popsicles, free bread at breakfast (as much as you want), cheap frozen dishes, 10 yen Chip Star cans (Japan’s Pringles knock-off), and more. If you’re looking for value and comfort (especially during a solo trip) this hotel can’t be beat. Loved it.

- The room was nice and spacious, and I loved the decor - it was very "Japanese hipster" - Free laundry machine was useful! - I liked that they had a little complex built around the guesthouse, with their breakfast cafe and clothing shop and stuff - The atmosphere in the lounge was nice and I met a couple of people - They gave me a free shampoo kit to visit the local bathhouse, which I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't pointed it out on the neighbourhood guide (also rode the streetcar thanks to that!)
