I liked the breakfast, the team working there always very polite & professional. It is also a very quiet place, I did not even sleep with ear plugs (usually I need to in hotels), so really good overall.

The staff was very helpful in my planning and in giving directions.
Malakoff was a lovely quiet town which was perfect for us.
Malakoff was a lovely quiet town which was perfect for us. We were very happy to have somewhere quiet to go to after long days of sightseeing.
It also had a very safe feel to the area. We walked around at all hours of the day and night as we were going to and from the city and always felt safe. There was a pharmacy, bus stop, train station, patisserie, corner shop, restaurant - everything you could need was all within walking distance. We'd definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great. Housekeeping was everyday.
The breakfast was great. Housekeeping was everyday. Staff is friendly. They will arrange taxi for you. But the room was small. No phones on the room. Hair dryers need to be borrowed with ten euros deposit. Only heaters in the room so you have to open windows. Bathrooms were small but clean. It's a clean hotel but don't expect too much on a two star hotel. It was only 15 minutes away from the arc de triomphe which was great. Through taxi ofcourse. It's a good place if you are on a budget. But it won't come with everything. It's not exactly a holiday inn hotel. My mother loved the croissants here on this hotel! It is good.

Hotel is close to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre and has also good connection to the city centre. There are not many places to go out in the evening, but on the other hand the neibourghood is quite safe at night.

The cost of a standard room in this hotel is 59 €...They says that the price can raise up to 200 € when there is activity at the exposition center at Porte de Versailles. I paid 159 € ... without breakfast !!!
Here is a short list of what I did not like in this hotel:
- The sink in the bathroom was clogged.
- There was no more soap in the dispenser.
- Only one bath towel ... and mold in the shower
- It was like living next to the subway, even on the sixth floor.
- You can hear neighbors talking / coughing
For 59 €, yes .... for 159 €, definitely not!

I arrived early, so they weren't able to accommodate me when I arrived. I came back an hour later and had to wait in the corridor near my room whole the manager finished an inspection--which I appreciate since it meant they cared about giving me a clean and proper room. The sector isn't the sexiest area of Paris, but it suited me perfectly. The room was quiet and comfy, and the breakfasts were good. I would definitely stay there again

Quite neighborhood with close proximity to metro station within 5 minutes walk. Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants available in the near vicinity. Small rooms and no toiletries provided. A strange smell present in lobby and on our floor. No space for luggage in the rooms. Ordinary breakfast. House cleaning not up to the standard expectations.
The location was perfect for me for my work office in Malakoff. Close to metro for anyone wanting to get into Paris. The apartment was spacious and had good bed and good facilities for the kitchen. It was clean within the apartment itself. Straight forward access to the building and keys well explained in message. Prompt in the end for finalizing the deposit block.
Marie and Janusz are the best hosts I've ever had!
I felt right at home. Everything was just perfect!
The breakfast was great. There was even more food than I needed.
I highly recommend this place.
I know why they have such good reviews because they have focused on every little detail.
I hope I'll be lucky and it will be available the next time I'm in Paris.
I overal liked the hotel it is mainly calm and a bit empty. It is far away from the city which helps with the rooms to be quite. The breakfast is nothing too big simple but yet elegant. The staff is not that bad but they are not energetic, just neutral. The room does have a kitchen with everything you would need to eat and cook but we did not make use of it.
The location in Malakoff, a quite calm and nice southern suburb of Paris that seems almost a little village. It is also next to Malakoff's central square, with bars, bakeries and a street market on Sunday. At the same time, a metro station is very close so you can be in central Paris in 20 min.
It was easy to commute even if it's away from the city. Beside the hotel is a grocery store and there are several restaurants around the area. The room is clean and the receptionists were all very kind and helpful.
I liked the breakfast, the team working there always very polite & professional. It is also a very quiet place, I did not even sleep with ear plugs (usually I need to in hotels), so really good overall.
It was a nice hotel, clean, good location and the personel were nice. They spoke English which is great. We rented two rooms and they provided it next to each other which is also super.
Small room but very clean and totally functional. So convenient to the center of Paris that one might as well be in in the actual city limits. I would not hesitate to go back.
