Location was great, and we ate an evening meal in the bar on The night of arrival. The staff was kind and helpful and the bar was relaxed and comfy to sit in with my young family. I traveled with my 3 children 2, r and 8 and I found the room spacious and the hote very safe and accessible. The pool was open til 9 on on arrival on Fri eve which was also great.

Room was well thought out. QR codes for services and Spotify Playlist were a nice touch.
The pool and pool facilities were great. The staff were lovely. Food in restaurant was tasty. Plenty variety of bars an nooks to chill out. There is a peaceful Library room near reception. Nice walk in to town. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very nice. I like the refillable water fountain station at the end of the hall. Sleep mask and ear plugs kit is lovely little luxury. Breakfast box was delicious.( would look forward to cooked breakfast option when back)I very much liked the fresh remote pouch which shows the remote for the TV was sanitized.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful. She offered us a chance to upgrade to the newly remodeled room for a slightly higher price....which we took. This proved to work out fantastic as the room was larger, had a nice fireplace and many amenities such as push button control of shades and room lights.
Breakfast was great and part of room price. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Workout room was nice.
