The hotel interior was super clean, beautiful, and the pool was spectacular! By far the biggest pool we have swam in, and the cleanest! Staff were very friendly! We had originally parked in the parking garage, and had a hard time finding our way around, staff were super helpful and we were able to park just out front of the hotel!

Sudbury is fine but the Quality Inn and the area were deplorable. In addition the lack of service from Booking.com is very disappointing. There is not way to reach customer service unless it is very well hidden on the web. I want my credit as we ended up driving around to find more suitable accommodations that had running hot water

There was lots of different things to do like the Blockbuster escape room at Puzzled Escape Rooms was an absolutely fantastic experience! There are many places to shop like Bay Used Books and The Candy Store as well as the standard mall stores! As for food places I recommend Presotea if you like Bubble tea also Okinawa Sushi and Eastside Mario’s both have delicious food and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The only downside was there were a lot of potholes on the roads we travelled on however getting around the city was easy and everything we wanted to do seemed to only be 10 min from our hotel room so we didn’t waste time driving around a lot! We are already planning our next trip for this summer as we have heard that Science North and Dynamic Earth are worth seeing and we missed a bunch of shopping places on our short trip to Sudbury!

Dynamic earth was a little lacking for what it had to offer for the price, the duo of science north and dynamic earth definitely makes the side trip to dynamic earth worth it. Caught some live music at fionn maccools, food was delicious as always. Costco has gas now, so always a plus if you’re making the trip.

Dirty, frightening, high crime, prostitution and drug use, a lot of homelessness. I couldn’t believe it. I felt very unsafe in this city. Needles everywhere. People approaching me and my vehicle who were clearly intoxicated/high. Assaults taking place on sidewalks. People urinating in public. I pulled over to set my gps and a prostitute propositioned me! There was garbage all over. I went to a fast food place and struck up a conversation with the employee who asked why I had come to Sudbury because they were shocked. He told me to leave and never look back! 😱

Hotel was clean, room nice and clean.
Hotel was clean, room nice and clean.
It was only on night stay, but I enjoyed a swimming pool (water was great). Swimming pool is located on 1st Level, it is lower then Lobby.
No walking in swimming pool around lobby level, just from elevators to swimming pool.
Morning breakfast was very tasty and a lot to choose from.

Sudbury downtown had a wide variety of shops, restaurants; all just 8 minutes from the Motel 6 Sudbury. I would love to have stayed longer to take in more of the beautiful rugged scenery and touristy sites in Sudbury.
Did not like anything about this location and the inability to contact someone at Booking.com by phone. Your site says your have 24 hr customer service but where is the phone number? You make it impossible to reach you. There was not hot water at this hotel and it was in an area where there is ahomeless shelter and there were homeless people on the hotel property and the parking lot was disgusting and all broken up. Felt like we were in the slums.
The Perkins restaurant, which is part of the hotel, was great. Hotel patrons received an extra ten percent discount off of their food bill. The staff in the
Hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and courteous! For patrons who like to swim there is a pool included in the hotel. The facility is within walking distance to the Sudbury hospital and Science North.
We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful to recommend places to eat and things to do in our short stay. Also the rooms and facility were very clean. Pool was the best in all the hotels I’ve been at and super warm! We didn’t want to get out! I will come to this hotel any day.
The staff was super friendly. Adjusted our room to a better suit for family of 4. :) it was clean, and cozy. What I love the most was I was able to pay with my debit card and not stress over not having a visa for holding room like most hotels and motels.
The staff were helpful and accommodating when I called to ask if they had seen a plush toy that I left behind in the hotel room. They sent it back to me through the mail instead of holding it for me and making me drive 3 hours back there myself.
The room and bed were comfy, clean and nice. The free hot breakfast was very well prepared, freshly stocked and satisfying. We loved our stay at the hotel and will be coming back whenever we're in Sudbury.
Location was great; was easy to walk to the boardwalk and short drive to university, shopping & hiking opportunities. Anne at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Hotel was nice & clean.
The rooms are older but have been renovated. Clean and the beds are comfortable. The Hotel is well located if you need to be downtown with indoor parking which is especially handy in the winter.
