Trip was good as it was for a family reunion - very nice part of the world to stay - but the traffic was a nightmare too many people driving and having to stop between the lights and other vehicles could not move when they had a green light because of this happening.Guest review byCherylAustralia - 8.0

You need to add time to your trip as the roads are so full the wait to get anywhere is frustrating. Beautiful coastal greenery. Loved the barn and property we were at on Saturday in Symonston(something like that)Guest review byBrown - 8.0

I can imagine that it is a perfect destination for young couples or families but not for our age bracket (60+). The area itself lacks character or charm and is obviously a tourist destination made for short visits for a specific purpose.Guest review byRachelAustralia - 10.0

I really enjoyed our stay, there were 3 outstanding cafes near us, Bobbi’s, Little Chefs and the exchange ( I hope I remembered their names correctly).Their is a pub around the corner and we were not far from an outstanding Turkish restaurant- Sulos shish kebab ( amazing food and best baklava I have ever eaten)we went back and bought the shop out of baklava. We picked up Sorrento Pizzeria Empire Bay for the best pizza outside of Italy. I purchased 3 new frocks and just generally had a hoot in Ettalong. I can’t wait to return.Guest review byChristineAustralia - 10.0

woy woy was very pretty. loved looking at the swamp lands off the waters edge. native ducks and other animals were pleasant to see. despite the area has gotten way too developed for the rich. very neat and tidy area. glad to see lots of cafes offered vegan options but would have been good to see places that are completely vegan after all the biggest polluter is animal agriculture. veganism is not a diet but if a town or humanity wants to live more sustainable this is one of the ways. was a but disappointed that I didn't see more indigenous input or presence. I really wanted to meet mob from there. many councils ask for more design inputs and put more indigenous lead things in placeGuest review bycarolynAustralia - 8.0

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very quiet location, and handy to all the main shops. Great meal at the upmarket and recently renovated pub only 50 metres walk. No need for car, you just walk to the pub, the supermarket, takeaways, pharmacy and much more. Petrol station right next door. The staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms were wonderfully clean, and we loved the shower. We will definitely stay at this place again. I wish we had more days to spend in the area as this was a marvelous accommodation.Guest review byAsenatiAustralia
