The concierge was not helpful. I had asked him to call me when my food order arrived so I can come pick it up and he didn’t . The delivery man took back my dinner order. The Assistant manager provided me a noodle soup until the order arrived again.

I recently hosted a large event at the hotel for the American Chamber of Commerce. We were incredibly happy with the property and the service of their amazing staff. Our customers attending the event were universally agreed that they’d be staying frequently at this hotel as Dalian’s nicest luxury property! It is such an upgrade to anything else in the city and truly embodies what a luxury hotel should be. This hotel absolutely not only lives up to the brand but elevates Four Seasons properties in China to a new level.
