Everything about this property was exceptional! The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Great hotels with onsen, nice restaurant everything we ate was delicious. They are so nice to the kids also they provided rverything. Room was spacious, clean, and very japanese style. We have all everything we need in room & all the staff were very nice & accomodating.
